Automatic Horizontal Sticker Labeling Machine - SJAL-120(H)

This machine is specially designed for the Labeling on the Pre-filled syringe. Duly, filled syringe is to be taken from the collection tray and manually load the syringes on the special design groove conveyor manufactured to run the pre- filled syringe, Syringe starts to move towards the labeling station along with the conveyor, there it will be sensed by the container sensor, this sensor will in turn pass the signal to the stepper motor. Which will allow the label to move upto the desired label length. After receiving the label from the dispensing end, Immediately it will be pressed by the pressing belt and it starts to rotate along with the pressing belt resulting in precise registration and crease – free application and it will get collected in the collection tray at the exit end of the conveyor.

This machine can be facilitated with the automatic loading of the container on the conveyor but it is possible only for the round objects like Ampoules, small vials and Inhaler products.
