This
machine is designed to fulfill the requirement of high speed
and sophisticated production line. This is a fully automatic
model, Load the Unscrambler of the machine with the full of
container. Switch on the unscrambler.
Unscrambler will push the container towards the outer guide
of the unscrambler, through the unscrambler container reaches
to the vial separator assembly which push the container one
by one inside the inverter, which move the direction of the
container to the wrong direction and it reaches to the cleaning
section there vacuum remains on for all the time and as soon
as the container arrive to the cleaning unit, air starts to
flow inside the container, by the same time container is pushed
by the back pressure of other container. The next unit is
outer, Duly clean container will starts to pass through the
outer unit, there container again come into the right position
and by back pressure it transfer to the filling machine Unscrambler
or to the Pre inspection table.
