Automatic Multi Purpose Sticker Labeling Machine SJAL (Multi Purpose)

This Machine is a fully Automatic, user friendly vertical sticker labeling machine. This machine is designed for Labeling  Front as well as back side of the Flat, Oval & square Container. The main elegant feature of this machine is that it can Handle  round container also without any extra change parts to save the customers Inventory, utilities and space.

For flat,  oval & square  container feeding will be manually and it automatically align the container in the center with supporting guides & top holding belt device. During the movement of the container on conveyor with top holding device it wil be sensed by the container sensor and after receiving the labels from both the label Dispensing device immediately it will pass through the two pressing rollers resulting in precise registration & crease free application.

For Round container feeding can be automatically done. while using the machine for the round container take the top belt holding device upward by rotating the  hand wheel provided at the top & take the round container pressing device towards the operator side by rotating the knob & install the pressing pad in front of the pressing device & now machine is ready for the round container labeling.
