Automatic Single Head Dry Syrup Powder Filling Machine

This machine is newly added in S J’S wide range of Packing Machineries. It is used to fill the dry syrup powder, Talcum powder & all other kinds ofNon Hydroscopic Powders. SJ is offering you Automatic Single Head Augar Type  Powder Filling machine Model SJAF-60. A compact unit totally made of sturdy M.S. angle welded frame structure duly cladded with S.S.304 grade sheet Stainless steel doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of  machine . All parts which are in  contact with powder are made of S.S. 316 material. SJAF-60 is a totally CGMP model consist of control panel in front and machine speed can be controlled by the provided A.C.  Frequency Drive.

OPERATION

The incoming dry containers are fed either through unscrambler or pre inspection table  and suitably guided on the moving slat conveyor belt at the required speed of the correct placement below the filling head. Sterlized powder is stored in a powder hopper is agitated by a pair of mechanical agitators for maintaining consistency and uniform bulk density.

The container is hold by the pneumatic bottle holder below the filling head, then container is sensed by the container sensor and magnetic clutch which is provided in the filling head starts to rotate. It starts the augar to rotate the pre determine time as per the time  stored in the PLC control. During the rotary motion of the augar it fill the desired quantity of powder inside the container. As soon as the augar rotation complete Pneumatic Container holder release the container and duly filled bottle is hold by the pneumatic container stopper. Second container follows the same procedure and then pneumatic container stopper release the first container at the same time.
