Automatic Single Head Injectable Powder Filling Machine SJPF-100

The sterilized powder is stored in powder hopper is agitated by a pair of mechanical agitators for maintaining consistency and uniform bulk density. The powder wheel having eight ports rotates at the pre-determined speed below the powder hopper with practically no clearance. Powder wheel consisting of piston in each port and behind the powder wheel vacuum plate is provided. There is no clearance between powder wheel and vacuum plate due to back spring pressure. Precise volume of powder is doctored off by a doctor blade when powder wheel indexes further and remains in the port due to the vacuum till it reaches just vertically above the container.

At the time a dose of compressed, sterilized, low pressure air sequentlialy flushes out powder from the port of powder wheel in to the container one by one. The filled container  immediately separates on the conveyor by vial separator and moves further towards platform.
 Applications :
The incoming dry container (Sterilized and Siliconised) are fed through the unscrambler and suitably guided on the moving slat conveyor belt at the required speed for the correct placement below the powder wheel.
 Salient Features :
  •   All the parts and assemblies coming in contact with the powder are made of S.S.-316 and easily removable for mandatory autoclaving / sterilisation.
  • Multiple dosing of Injectable powder or change-over of container size and different fill size is possible by just changing the vial separator or the size of the piston respectively.
  • Total powder filling and unscrambler speed is synchronous, and  eliminates the separate setting of each unit.
  • Slat conveyor belt to prevent jamming of assembly due to spillage of powder.
  • Special clutch system is provided in the vial separator for safety purpose.
  • 'No Vial, No-Fill' system eliminates wastage of costly powders.
  • The motor is provided with appropriate Contactors and Relays for the protection against any overload or jamming.
