head ROPP Cap Sealing Machine SJCS-60 |
|
Previously
filled bottle with Dry syrup powder or liquid syrup moves
towards starwheel and before it reaches from starwheel to
the sealing head it picks up a cap from the exit end of
the chute and properly orients it for final sealing operation.
The sealing head consist of total four rollers out of which
two roller properly skirts, spins and seals the cap and
simultaneously another two rollers performs perfect threading
according to the bottle neck thread, on the bottle neck
and sealing head moves upward and starwheel starts indexing
and sealed bottle moves on the conveyor.

- Parts
coming in contact with the bottle or the Aluminum cap
or exposed to the atmosphere are made out of stainless
steel or duly powder coated for long life, good house
keeping and good manufacturing practice.
- Single
motor synchronies conveyor, starwheels and sealing head.
The speed can be varied by the hand wheel provided at
the end of motor slide.
- Starwheel
is equipped with safety clutch for automatic stop-page
of machine in case of jamming or overloading through microswitch.
- Wrong
Directional cap can be avoided by adjusting the gap between
upper and lower plate of the orientation unit
- Specially
designed hopper is provided to increase the capacity of
aluminium cap storage to avoid feeding of hopper at short
intervals.
- A
photosensing device stops machine automatically in the
event, there is no aluminium cap in the delivery chute.
- Spring
loaded free spinning sealing rollers eliminates any damage
to aluminium caps and also allows greater flexibility
of variation in the container neck diameter.
- Unique
single sealing roller imparts uniform, scratch free, fit
tight and reliable skirting and sealing.
- Sealing
pressure can be varied to suit different gauges and sizes
of aluminium caps.
