Previously filled bottle with Dry syrup powder or liquid syrup feed from turn table of filling machine to the slat conveyor of sealing machine through Infeed worm for correct spacing and transferred to the infeed starwheel.

Aluminium caps kept in orientation unit automatically orients caps in right direction before entering the delivery chute. When bottle during it's rotational movement with infeed starwheel its pick up picks up cap from the exit end of the chute and correctly position on the bottle before entering to the sealing head. The sealing head consist of four rollers out of which two rollers properly skirts, spins and seals the cap and simultaneously another two rollers performs perfect threading according to the bottle neck thread. After sealing and threading operation bottle moves to the slat conveyor through outfeed starwheel.
