Tablet ejection chute is fitted as standard inbuilt feature
to all 'Mega Press'. It is controlled by a preset timer,
the ejection chute will automatically rejects all "start
up" and "run down" tablets.

& Easy tool change over : |
|
'Mega Press' has been designed to minimize the change
over time. The weight adjustment section is easily
removable which provides good access for the removal/replacement
of lower punches and dies. This adjustment can be
done without opening lower cabinet, away from compression
zone. The handwheel is conveniently located for indexing
the turret during tool changeover with single operator.

'The powder loss and downtime is reduced substantially
as feeders are fitted with powder discharge chutes.
This Chute when used with hopper cut off slides, allows
the feeder to be emptied before removal. Easy access
to upper Punch for removal due to quick release mechanism.
Also this helps in weight adjustment section for easy
access to lower punches. More room for cleaning at
bottom is provided as there is no corner pillar. The
feeder drive and control mechanisms are sited below
the tabletting zone, father reducing cleaning time
and eliminating the possibility of product cross contamination.
The upper punches are protected form dust by an upper
punch guard.
This
helps in the minimizing the possibility of tight upper
punches and reduces, punch head and cam wear. Upper
punch penetration adjustment also can be done from
outside the compression zone.
Hoppers,
doors and guards of lower cabinets etc. are quick
removable without using any tools. This also helps
in reducing downtime.
